This is from another user: Ideally you want both. If the objective is pure gaming performance, than you want to go with the HDD. Not because it performs better, but because neither makes a difference and this way you get more storage. A faster drive will not lead to an increased FPS in games, though it will effect general system usage, load and boot times. If you only got the budget for one or the other, go for the HDD. If you intend to upgrade the rig with the other fairly soon after building the rig, go with the SSD as it will save you a lot of hassle re-installing the OS and all your programs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The SSD 128 works great, however, if you want storage you'll have to buy an external drive or get one with a 1 TB or more hard drive also installed. If I had read more about SSD computers I would have purchased one with a 1 or 2 TB hard drive installed and the SSD. Read more before buying.
