QuestionHow is the sound quality and is it capable of screen mirroring videos?

- Answer The sound quality is great but depending on what the speakers are set on--like a bed or comforter--it can be muffled a bit because they're on the bottom edge of the laptop. And no, I don't believe that it is capable of screen mirroring videos on its own unless there is a specific application for it that you can download.

QuestionI've just bought this computer, still have couple days left to change my mind... Restart or reload computer takes almost 9 minutes... Is it normal? Or something wrong with the computer? Performance is OK! Fast enough for me, Netflix or YouTube OK too.

- Answer I don't believe there is anything that can be done as far as the computer is concerned however you can buy a wireless speaker that will solve this problem. You can buy them anywhere and run from $50 or less to $500 depending on the sound quality you want. I had a JBL "Charge" for $150 that sounded great for most things but recently got a harman/karmon onyx studio 3 at best buy that was originally $450 but got it on sale for $180 that sounds amazing.But there are many others out there and you can check several out at Best Buy stores.

QuestionI can't figure out how to save a picture to my "picture" folder on this computer that was sent to me via email? Very Frustrating......No user manual that I have found that tells anything about it?

- Answer I made a sub-folder under "Pictures" that I named "photos from e-mails". When you save this type of photo, it should ask you where to save it & you check or select the "photos from e-mails" folder, and it SHOULD SAVE IT THERE. I say SHOULD, because sometimes it works & sometimes it doesn't. 'Hope this might help.

- Answer It has 3 USB ports on the left side of the laptop and 1 usb port on the right side next to the dvd drive..I use one for my wireless mouse. I don't use it for a printer port as I purchased the HP Envy 4520 when I bought my laptop which is wireless and wonderful.
