No the soundbars are not exactly the same For a few dollars more the ROKU version is a better choice The ONN version (Walmart) is 40 watts vs the The Roku 60 Watt version.The Walmart remote is Infra Red (IR) and has no voice activation feature.The Roku remote is Radio Frequency (RF) operation - does not require line of site to operate - and has voice activation and search.The voice search is extremely helpful and desirable and very accurate
