The soundbar, to my knowledge, only receives media via Bluetooth. I haven't tried it myself yet, but I think you won't be able to pair your headphones with the soundbar. But all is not lost. If you have a smart phone with the Roku app you can pair your headphones with your phone and hear the audio feed normally received by the soundbar from your HDTV or other attached sources. I have the Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones and when paired with the phone app and you select the headphones icon on the phone app control panel, the audio from the soundbar will mute and provide you with private listening with your headphones.
