• You might have plugged it in in the wrong port. There are two usb c ports. Only the one on the left works as charging port.

• Hi, the power button is a small button located on the right side of the laptop. When you turn it to the side you'll see two buttons and a fingerprint scanner. Press the button closest to you. Hope this makes sense, Have a great day!

• Iy has two USB c ports. but just the left side work for connecting charger or external screen. You will have the problem when you connect the external monitor, as a result, you cannot be connected and charging synchronously.

• The first answer to this is correct there are 2 USB-3 ports on this device and while either of them will transfer data only the Left will charge the device
