Yeah they got a one time replacement with the controller that comes with the console.

What do I use while they're fixing my controller (drifting.) I know.....spend $75.00 for another controller. Should have been an in-store exchange. I'll contact Sony, see what they say. Huge thumbs down, along with a middle finger. After all, you just gave me one....Thanks
