• A:Answer Geek Squad Protection is a Service Plan. If you purchase a plan that includes Accidental Damage from Handling, accidental spills would be covered. Complete submersion in water would not be completed. For example, spilling a small amount of soda onto the tablet would be covered, but dropping it into the bathtub would not be.

• A:Answer I don't know, but I broke tablet's screen and they gave me a new one because the screen is more expensive than the whole tablet..but when I got my first tab it was in special, they gave me 50 dls gift card and when they gave me the new one because it wasn't on any discount, I had to pay the 50 dls difference plus I had to buy new insurance...

Q: QuestionHow many accidents per year? Is there a limit? Had a 3 year plan from another place and the kids broke it 0 times in year 1-2 but 3 times in the last one and it was covered. Total number per year or per plan?

Q: QuestionOn your website it states the policy is a one time free battery replacement with purchase and this is not the case I was wondering if I can be refunded if all i was given as options was to buy a new one even though all I need was the mentioned battery.
