• you probably figured it out by now, but make sure your pc has wireless capabilities, otherwise it won't see your keyboard

• Thanks for your question! The keyboard should have a wireless dongle that plugs into a USB port on your computer. This dongle needs to be plugged in for the keyboard to work.
