• Hi Robin. Thank you for your great question! Absolutely! More than likely, your earbuds are now protected by accidental damage. Make sure you bring all of the parts that came in the box to your local Best Buy, and we should be able to swap it out. You don't need to worry if you threw out the documentation that was in there.
