I got the year of Geek Squad to to hang my 85”Sony and install my LG Soundbar! Great job guys!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Before my year is up I’ll use it on a new car stereo too!

Always a wise addition to major purchases. Hopefully will never be needed, but is great to know it is there.

For the money, these Boompods are a great and inexpensive choice for sound quality, comfort and battery life. I usually don’t use earbuds as they are uncomfortable and fall out because I have small ears. However, these Boompods fit quite well, are very comfortable and don’t fall out. They paired in seconds to my phone. Listening to music or calls are clearer because the passive noise-canceling blocks out a lot of the ambient noise. I am pleasantly surprised at how the stereo surround and added bass made listening to music so incredible. I see no reason to spend money on the more expensive earbuds. These Boompods are the best bang for your buck.

I have small ears and its hard to find ear buds that fit in my ear holes. I have tried different versions and usually have to have the ear buds that use ear hooks or fit over the ear. But even with over the ear they sometimes do not fit good such as the Sony over the ear buds. The last time I had the snug buds ear buds was in high school and those fit great and lost them. These have the snug bud tips in the ear and they come in two sizes. The medium was a tad to small, so I used the ones that came with. I just wiggle them untill they get in the right position. They are snug and audio volume is great. Has a microphone with volume control on the cord.

Vary rarely can you purchase a good reliable service protection plan that dosent try to make you jump through hoops to get a replacement item. The geek squad service and replacement plans have been really good overall and you dont have some 3rd party company trying to quiz you about every detail of how you use the item and try to guilt trip you into just letting it go or getting a used or lower quality item as a replacement. The few times i needed to replace or service a item its been fairly easy process overall and while there are some 3rd party involved in appliances and some phones overall best buy in the end will make it right even when 3rd party messes things up I had a tv that would freeze up and under geek squad protection plan it was fixed and i still have 2 years on the plan if anything else happens it will be fixed again and the replacement part was almost half the price if the tv so yeah it was well worth it I did have a refrigerator that was serviced by 3rd party and they were less then stellar but the 2nd visit went well and the ice maker works great now The way i see it protection plans are a great piece of mind to ensure the item you have purchased last a decent amount of time without issues things aren't built like they used to be where TVs, electronics and appliances lasted 10 to 20 years now if you get two or three years out of one of your electronics without it having issue of some type its a miracle If you have the money to replace items yearly without any worry if they break or not then by all means the protection plan may not be for you but if you're like the rest of us working class spending $2500 on a new TV and having a main board or power board die out after only a year-and-a-half of service and having a repair man quote $500 to fix or worse tell you it cant be fixed and you have a $2000+ paperweight is not a great feeling. Overall i recommend geek squad service plans on any electronic with maybe the only exception being cell phones since i think they are 3rd party contracts and are more limited then other protection plans

It is a good addition to my entertainment system. It's pretty simple to use. The sound is good. Good price range. Comes with a remote. Trusted brand.

The agents that arrived to unpack, move and mount my two Vizio tvs were top notch guys who were professional, knowledgeable and efficient in their respective roles. They watched a little bit of Paternity Court with me & my 8 month old nephew and laughed while keeping the focus on executing their duties. I felt safe and satisfied when they left, especially given the original agent scheduled to come pulled a NoCallNoShow 4 days prior to their arrival. I was pretty disappointed about that but Am thankful I didn’t let that affect the experience nor mood of their interaction with me & mine.

Well what can I say. I did not purchase this on a previous phone and I dropped it and broke the glass and it is very expensive to get fixed. This time I purchased the 2 year accident replacement and guess what. I dropped my phone and even with the case, the glass cracked and the screen was black and useless. It was not gorilla glass this time. However, when I took my broken phone back into Best Buy they not only replaced the phone but spent over an hour trying to transfer my phone information which was a huge issue because the screen was totally black. I do not know how they did it, but that was way beyond the call of duty. I am a very happy happy customer!

I've purchased this for several years now. I haven't called Best Buy for assistance very much but when I have the employee helping me has been great. It's basically buying insurance in case you have serious computer issues. Some may say don't buy this and if/when you need help just pay the price. My past experience ( although not gery often) is that a support call from many companies can be upwards of $100. So instead of having to pay possibly a bunch, I'm willing to pay $100 a year as " insurance" Clearly this is a personal choice as to buying " insurance" ir pay when needed. However the very few times I've needed help, the help has been great.

Geek squad always does a good job when it comes to helping out with an issue or a protection plan. I feel as if they are very knowledgeable about the items and as you’d assume all people in similar positions would be, that is not always the case so I appreciate the geek squad individuals greatly!

Listen people, if you're seeing "Geek Squad", you are likely shopping in a Best Buy store or browsing/purchasing on Best Buy's website; like now where this review is located. The item(s) you purchase are valuable to you and you want them to function as long as possible, but mistakes happen and things break. So do yourself a favor and go the extra mile or dollar for that matter and apply this two-year fix/replacement package... It's just a few more dollars to protect your new piece of hardware that can potentially "break" in the future. You never know, but if it does, Geek Squad has you covered.

No. they aren't the best sound ever and thy aren't a superior item. But they are a very good sound, considering the price range and other headsets in this price range, and they last, long. I have been using mine for over 2 years, with zero issues, and the only reason I need a replacement is because I lost them. They charge fast and connect to my phone as soon as I turned them on without fail, ever. My phone calls are have decent sound quality. I can always hear others and they can hear me. I use these as an everyday runaround headset and they get pretty beat up and tossed around. I leave my expensive ones on my desk and use when I want a better sound experience. I have lost way too many expensive headsets over the years and when I lost these my wallet did not scream. Well worth the purchase.

Love the replacement plans from best buy, and will always buy with every product. I have used the warranty multiple times, the only downside for instance one of my significant others wireless earbuds stopped working. Best buy replaced the earbuds, but a new warranty needs to be purchased each time you use it. The service department and geek squad have ALWAYS been EXTREMELY helpful when bringing in your items. If it cannot get fixed right away it is fixed in a timely manner.

GSP I got this for the Pet Stain remover appliance I purchased. I have peace of mine that if there is a problem with the unit that Bestbuy will be there for the life of the warranty. I highly recommend GSP with your heavily used or travel products. It has saved me thousands of dollars over the years with the combine products that I have purchased. You never know if the one product is a lemon or prematurely wears out. At least you know that you can replace it or exchange it.

It makes so much sense to pay a little extra to have access to geek squad... And they’re not all that geeky any way... but yes, some of them are major geeks. Regardless, this crew of people has always helped me a lot quicker than what I’d be able to do by researching online myself. They’ve fixed my laptop, earbuds, camera, etc. If you’re doubtful of whether or not to get Geek Squad service, I encourage you to do so!

Geek squad has the best coverage out there. No one else can compare. I only buy from best buy becuase of geeksquad.

Buy the plan when it comes to many electronics, especially those that rely on rechargeable batteries. I would recommend the plan for just about anything except video games and maybe TVs. I have relied on the plan for a few computers and a few sets of bluetooth headphones. Sometimes I didn't need it, but there were a few major times I needed it and Best Buy made it so simple and easy to get back up and running with no issues.

Geek squad mounted 75 inch TV to the wall. There was some issues with the cords not being long enough. But the representative knew just what to do and had the TV up and running in no time. He also stated if there was any issues don’t hesitate to contact him. Will call geek squad for all our future installation needs.

Most important item to get when purchasing any electronics, no matter what it is! The fellas at my local store have never not been able to solve whatever is wrong with my computer, laptop and tablet. They are precise in going through and double-checking all before releasing back to me. I highly recommend getting the support contract and maintaining it. Well worth the money and ease of dropping off locally with people we trust!
