Assuming that it's within the 2-year plan (and you purchased that plan when purchasing the product), you should be good! You can even get an exchange if you wish to try a different product instead. It doesn't even have to be equivalent in price, so you can go for an upgrade if there's a more reliable product you know of that could fix the bluetooth issue.

Bought what? If you bought something and got the protection plan yes can get it replaced
