No, this does not cover the case. This only covers the earbuds themselves. The case can be purchased separately online.

I can only assume it would be covered as long as the warranty is on the case ask questions when u buy the warranty to make sure it covers what u need coved but the are really good about telling you all that’s covered at the time of purchase

I don't know, mine are wired earphones, not Bluetooth, so they don't have a case
