It’s super easy. If you bought the warranty, simply return the controller and they give you a new one. I’ve had to do it twice for controllers. My son is hard on them. I simply swap it out, and ALWAYS pay for the warranty again.

Just bring in to the store with your receipt from the app but they will already have it on their end with your info. I took it back with the box and everything it came with. They swapped it out right away with a new one. Not refurbished.

Take the product to any best buy have your geek squad receipt or if its digital then use the app easy as 1 2 3

Just head to the store and tell them the phone number or name linked to the bestbuy acct . They will pull up the account and they will take care of you right there on the spot

I have a controller that I order off Amazon and the headphone jack is working fine, but if I move it in the wrong way, one side would work and the other side won’t is it possible if I could take this controller in to see if if it can be fixed.

Take it to the customer service desk, they should be able to look you up in the system, you can also find your purchases in the account tab on the website
