You will only get reimbursed if u return in the 14 day period Or unless u ask about the products manufactures warranty and see if the item has it..if so u can just use that n get ur money back for the warranty

I'm not sure but I think you'll be offered a credit if you don't want a replacement but it may be offered on a gift card but I don't think you'll get cash back but you may depending on the purchase date. And as for your money back on the warranty I'm not sure but that is probably gone, but heat if I'm wrong let me know. Good luck
