“I got a keyboard from Best Buy with the 2 year warranty plan and it stopped working can I just go in and ask for a refund ? And will they give it to me if I have the box and receipt”

Hi there. Thank you for your great question! Typically with something like this, you'll bring in the old keyboard and we'll swap it out for a different unit or the same model if you'd like. If you just want to return it for now and think on it, the money you paid originally gets put onto a gift card to be used whenever. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any questions.
