- Answer Just call your local store and ask the associate. They will either transfer you and will give you the number and website to Geek Squad for support. Just be flexible about scheduling, otherwise they are great.

- Answer My tv had no physical damage at all just a shadow effect on left side of screen. Was told it had an "internal crack" and cracks were not covered. Brand new tv all the money down the drain.
