“I bought 4 year standard geek squad protection on May 18, 2020 to cover a Tivo Bolt Vox 1TB purchased same day. Tivo shot craps yesterday and Tivo support states that it needs to be replaced. What do I do. Best Buy doesn't show carrying Tivo in stores.”

• you will still need to take to best buy for repair they will repair or order a replacement. if you get a new unit your geek squad protection is voided out and you will need to buy a new protection package

• If the product is no longer available, then you are allowed to get a gift card to purchase anything you want. So bring it back and Best Buy will take care of you.
