“I only received e-mail download for the music and news but not my iTunes card what do I do?”

• Sometimes it can take an hour or so for the code to come. After an hour of the code still hasn’t come, contact bestbuy customer service and tell them.

• You take the certification number in the email and go to iTunes go to the store, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on redeem. You will have to enter your password and enter the number you received in the email and you are all set.
