“Why would Best Buy think it’s a good idea to ship $100 (2 boxes) worth of cards in a paper bag? Came ripped open, 1 missing 1 damaged. Had to waste an hour in store to get this resolved. Also inventory are off shows in stock at store when they have 0.”

It’s not a good idea.. to ship it in a paper bag. Any shipment of any product must be fully secured no matter what the price is. It’s for the respect and protection and trusting from customers to come back again and again from the store online, shipping, or personal picked. Paper bag is wasteful useless bag. Security of products is must.
