“We purchased a 24" about a year ago from Best Buy and had Geek install it. The screen never has been full. Is their an adjustment to make it full screen? Also it is not as sharp a pic. as our large Samsung in another room.”

• It may be in settings for HDM1 and require an HD cable

• There are picture settings and options that will let you use most or all of the screen. It is not a HI Def TV so, it won't be as sharp as bigger and more expensive tv's. I have the same issues.
