• This does not come with a wall mount. It is compatible with size 100mm x 100mm mounts.

• mine came with only the 2 feet. There are 4 screws on a panel on the back for mounting to a wall mount.I believe I disposed of the wall mounting paperwork as I don't need/want it. You should be able to go to the Insignia website and plug in the model and download the instructions. Hope this helps.
