I have been trying endlessly to get this answer. I clean my unit once a week. I run vinegar and lemon through it and clean all the spots i can get to. I just noticed mold growing on the tray where the metal poles are and i dont know how long its been there. But what ive been doing doesn't work. I tried to reach with a tooth brush but it doesn't stsy open long enough to use it. I wont be eating anymore ice from this until i find out how to clean this. Please someone tell me.
