“I purchased this machine and it makes ice like crazy. However, it has a setting where you can choose between small and large cubes and no matter which size we select they come out the same size. Is there something we can do to change sizes?”

I think they all do this. I have been trying to figure this out for years and still haven't come to a conclusion. Had about 4 different ones and they say different sizes and come out the same size. I said forget it, at least its making ice. Lol
