Yes... you attach the 2 included "legs/slides" to the microwave with provided screws and then the legs/slides slide in while attached to the microwave and lock the microwave down nicely to the base. Of course you 1st screw the base pan to your inner cabinet, once you are satisfied with its centerdness within the opening of your cabinet. A few people complained about the opening left between the microwave face and the provided face plate of this kit, but I found the very small opening acceptable and the finished installation looks really nice. We selected the stainless steel style finish.
