• Use picture button on remote. Keep pushing till you get the best format.

• The remote control has a button called ASPECT which stands for aspect ratio...click on the button and you will the different options it offers...press once each time and you can see the choices and how they look on screen...click once it goes from normal, to wide, to cinema.... If heads look cut off and you are on cinema click aspect to normal..that's usually a sign that channel is available on hd.

• You can open up the TV menu, which should put you in the picture menu, and adjust any of the settings to your own preference.

• If you mean the aspect ratio, it's on the remote. If not, it's in the main menu under picture.
