I’ve used in water with zero issues. If using in salt water, rinse afterwards.

Unfortunately no. Because the tripod is screwed into the bottom of the handle it would fill with water...I do recommend this product tho! if you took the tripod out it would work in water without trapping water in the handle.

Yes, my daughter took video under water in the Atlantic Ocean, while snorkeling.
