I got free installation on two radios they wont honor so your wasting your time this is all marketing hype no real level of protection dont trust them i am filing disputes and BBB complaints

Unfortunately installation is not included with the purchase of the stereo alone. However, bestbuy from time to time offer free car stereo installation in particular car stereos. Otherwise you must tell the agent if installation is available as well as for the installation price. They will set you up with an appointment to get your stero installed by a professional.

All you need to do is make sure the power wire is connected to a circuit that always has power to it from your battery. Not just when the key is turned on and that will solve your problem. 
Use of a multi tester would come in handy to find a fuse to hook into that has power to it continuously with your key in the off position.
