• You may have a defective product. I’ve purchased two of these for my husband and he has not had any issues and loves the razor. I would contact the store to see how to best resolve your issue. Good luck!

• You will need to connect the beard attachment to your trimmer for the 1-10 wheels to adjust the length of your stubble (1) to a longer beard length (10).
