• it does go up to 100 but it might not be loud, it does not come with hdmi, yes they can set it up for you if you ask for a cost, usb cable is not include and I think you where thinking of rca cable which are yellow for video, white and red for sound.

• No hdmi cable wire or cable wire comes with the TV. Very easy to hook up, Screw in cable wire and plug in. Directions on the TV are very easy to follow for set up of channels/
