No just one hdmi cable if you have a HD cable box

You have to have Roku account created before starting a setup or you can do it during a setup. There is no charge to create a Roku account (go to Roku.com). I don't think you can skip this step and still see cable TV. I am using antenna and can see TV channels; cable tv should be the same.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did not set up the TV for cable. We are just using the Roku which is actually very easy. I have no previous experience with Roku and it walked you through everything for the set up.
