• You can disconnect it easily from the internet. If you aren't streaming it's not using any data.

• You shouldnt worry as the I barely use 250 GB data per month I have a cap on 1 TB . I stream Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Videos all the time. I have 4k streamign on Netflix even then its not exceeding more than 250 GB per month.
