Take it back, and read reviews about it, same thing on 9 out of 10 reviews. Not to mention it won't connect to wi fi. I only used it twice, now I'm out a tv and the money. Hoping they can repair, but from the reviews I've read, it's not likely

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.sounds like a software issue, have you tried resetting the defaults , also I do notice when your m watching Netflix is acts strange had to move my router out of the closet to get a better signal the tv has options to reload firmware
