I do not have this issue, but try setting up your “start page” to go to cable box, instead of the roku menu.

Please try again later.Sorry you're having problems what you need to do is go to your settings and go to personalization more than likely and set your TV to like timeout and then find the appropriate time how long you want it to run before it goes out but it only goes out now it's like a sleep mode it only goes out when you're not watching something if you're watching something I say call the Geek Squad
