No Bluetooth, but WiFi setup is as easy as searching for the router on the screen and typing in the password from the remote. Connecting to a hot spot should be easy, but im sure the TV and apps use a lot of data.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You go to Settings and it sees your WIFI network if the network is not set to private hiding. I haven't tried Bluetooth don't see the controls there for it. Definitely on your JetPack once you set up your wireless connection there (hotspot) your TV should see it in the WIfi settings.
