“brand new Insignia/Roku tv,"back arrow" does not work; "OK" key s/times is "back arrow" & s/times "select", s/times goes to home menu. Do I take it all back? or can I get a replacement controller? (Don't look at anything but tv/remote on the mp4's, 'kay?)”
