• No, the Dish remote only controls your Dish. To control Netflix on Roku you would use the Roku remote.

• If you have Netflix app on your satellite, then yes. You may be able to find Netflix two ways: One: Choose your Satellite as the source. Use your satellite controls and remote to bring up Netflix; or Two: Install the Netflix app (if it is not preloaded), and use your Netflix login credentials with your Roku remote to access it directly from the Roku home screen.
