• This TV is WiFi Only but it's Dual Band WiFi - I suggest using the 5GHz Band since maybe other devices in the house might all use the 2.4 GHz Band ( CellPhone, Tablet, etc) But you do need a Dual Band Router, to utilize the Dual Band WiFi on the TV

• Yes, the TV can be connected to the internet via Ethernet as well.
