“Bought the Insignia Roku 39" tv yesterday. Set it up during daylight hours and was very pleased. However, after dark, the backlight remained on constantly. Tried turning tv on and off, backlight remains on. Screen is constantly lit. Any suggestions?”

You should be able to shut off the backlight buy used going into your programing guide. It doesn't work my only suggestion would be to get a hold of The Geek Squad I'm sure they know how to do it I haven't had that problem sorry I couldn't be more help.
