No, as advertised, it is Roku compatible. Perhaps your question should be if Dish offers the Roku app. A quick Google search does not reveal any availability of a Dish app on Roku. There is no mention of a Dish app in any of the advertising for this model.

It may not have the Dish App pre-installed, but like any Roku device, you can install it and many more once you have the TV connected to the Internet via the Streaming Channels.
