Unplug the TV from the wall and plug back in. I had the same problem. Researched a lot on the internet and found on a Insignia blog this is a known problem on some of their TVs. Yours and mine are the unlucky ones. I took my TV back for a full refund after about two weeks and bought another brand for the same price using Best Buy price match. Best Buy handled with no hassle.
