“Can you control the tv without the remote ?”

• You can control the volume and on/off with another remote like a cable remote. But to select the input you need the TV remote. Every time you turn the TV on it needs the input selected - it doesn't come back on showing what was on when you turned it off. And you need the cable remote to select the channel.

• You can only use a remote - a nice Roku remote comes with it - and any Roku remote can be paired with it. There are no buttons on TV itself. Cheers
