Cable guy set mine up. Worked fine for about 15 months then started having problems connecting, then wouldn't connect at all. Now after cable company couldn't figure it out, the manufacturer couldn't figure it out and with no where left to go, I figure it's a wrap. Will do what my granddaughter did when she went through this same problem with hers, buy either the Roku box or Fire stick until I can replace it. You can bet I won't buy another of this brand though! Sorry I couldn't help but thought you should know what could happen.
