“Hi I recently purchased a ROKU TV we set it up and the code we entered did not work. I called the customer support and they informed me the code is expired and I would have to pay $99 US to get another code. I don't want this tv if that's the case.”

My tv set up perfectly the first time. I have never heard of buying a code. I would take it back to Best Buy for an exchange if thats where you purchased it. They are great people to deal with.
