Your amp is protecting itself. If wires came loose because your sub box moved around in the trunk then I would find a way to keep box secure. Should be fairly easy for you to put back in yourself though. Did the wire come out of the Amp output or just from speaker? If it just came out of speaker just find your + and run it to your red or + on the box and same for - It’s a quick fix though. You would need to ask their department. Worst case you have to make a new appointment. Not sure if they would charge or how much. That’s a Best Buy question.
