Of course! You can stream any app that supports audio through you NAV-RADIO. It sounds like you already have SIRI-HANDS FREE ACCESS, so you are good to go!

You can install the app and try the free preview channel to test out the various options your vehicle's version of carplay supports as well as options for streaming directly over bluetooth which the app supports but your car stereo may or may not allow during use of carplay.
