Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sadly the main issue that happens isn't covered. This happened to us also and we were denied the claim. Sales person told me it covered screens also which is why I purchased the 4 year protection plan and about a month after a friend of my sons leaned it over too far and it slightly touched the mouse that was on the desk and it messed up the middle of the screen. No cracks, just color lines throughout the screen. Geek Squad said it wasn't covered.
