I got free installation on two radios they wont honor so your wasting your time this is all marketing hype no real level of protection dont trust them i am filing disputes and BBB complaints

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All you need to do is make sure the power wire is connected to a circuit that always has power to it from your battery. Not just when the key is turned on and that will solve your problem. Use of a multi tester would come in handy to find a fuse to hook into that has power to it continuously with your key in the off position.
