It should in your bestbuy account online, but if you haven't registered, jt should be on the receipt and just show it to them. I recommend taking a picture of the receipt and sent it thru your email, put it somewhere you can remember.

• A:Answer Hi Lisa. Thanks for the questions! It sounds like you're referencing a smart door lock. You don't have to have a monthly service plan. Generally that plan will allow you to have increased security features around recording and storing what the camera sees, for example. You shouldn't have to have two different pin pads for it. Depending on the smart lock you chose, you should be able to unlock this with your phone or potentially Siri, Alexa, Google, etc. I hope this helps out!
