Yes, this one did have numbers on the control as well as a channel up/down, volume up/down, and several other buttons as well. Hope that helps.

Yes this remote has numbers so you can select the channel without having to scroll up or down. I have Roku on it for TV streaming and the INPUT button allows easy transfer from streaming TV to on air broadcast stations. Other buttons include Sleep, CCD, Game, Picture, Mute, Menu, Exit, and INFO* for seeing the name of the program currently on. Volume up/down and Channel up/down with the enter button in the center.

Yes, ours has numbers... it is a smaller remote though, not the long customary remote that came with our other Insignias.
