“Ice has started to stay on the black plastic "ramp" and isn't falling into the basket. This causes the "Ice Full" light to come on until the ice finally falls. I've only used spring water and have tried cleaning the ramp part. Any ideas on a fix for this?”

Make sure it's level and maybe even slightly tilted forward. Run cleaning cycle regularly too. Even with spring water, you can get build up.
